The cut through section in the front needs some value/contrast. The cut through globular proteins need to have some value change across their face so that they aren’t just a flat neutral shape — try making them look concave possibly.
The glycolipids and oligosaccharide chains in the extreme foreground need more contrast (whiter highlights) so that they read as closer (right now they read as negative space thats been cut out of the light lipid layer behind them). The long helical protein probably also needs the same treatment (it’s a bit dark right now).
